    ANSI Series 4000, Grade Provides the highest level of key-in-knob Cylindrical lockset security. Install on doors prepared to ANSI Al 15.2 Specs. 5400 Series is for normal environmental conditions. 5500 Series (stainless steel) is for corrosive environments.

Specifications

• Mechanism: 5400 Series heavy gauge steel, zinc-plated, dichromated; 5500 Series heavy gauge stainless steel.
• Backset:2-3/4" standard both series; 3-3/4" or extension links thru 42" 5400 only.
• Door Thickness: Adjustable from 1-3/8" to 2" standard; 1-1/4" to 1-3/8" or 2" to 2-1/4" to special order for most trim.
• Latchbolt: 1/2" throw, standard both series; 5/8 " and 3/4" 5400 only.
• Gaurdbolt: Deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed.
• Rabbeted Doors: Latchbolts with a 1/2" rabbet step available to order.
• Keying: KD thru GGMK including hotel/motel keying; Interchangeable Core, and high security cylinders available.
• Reversibility: Locksets are field reversible.
• Strikes: 1 - 1/4" curved lip for 1-3/4" door thickness standard; other lip lengths available to order; all reversible.
• LEAD SHIELDED: Available to order.
